Tax Assistant

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate projects and deadlines with 3rdparty outsourced team including report assembly, document scanning, and data review

  • Work with the tax professionals to troubleshoot client tax and accounting issues

  • Entry level tax work, including preparation of tax forms: 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, and 1120S

  • Entry level accounting work, including data entry and financial statement reconciliations

  • Assist with daily administrative activities

What you’ll need:

  • Working knowledge of accounting and tax standards for individuals and businesses

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on  Accounting , Finance or Tax preferred

  • Familiar with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work with a broad range of software applications and technology in general

  • Deadline and detail-oriented

  • Ability to stay organized and multi-task
