Tax Assistant
What you’ll do:
Coordinate projects and deadlines with 3rdparty outsourced team including report assembly, document scanning, and data review
Work with the tax professionals to troubleshoot client tax and accounting issues
Entry level tax work, including preparation of tax forms: 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, and 1120S
Entry level accounting work, including data entry and financial statement reconciliations
Assist with daily administrative activities
What you’ll need:
Working knowledge of accounting and tax standards for individuals and businesses
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on Accounting , Finance or Tax preferred
Familiar with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office
Ability to work with a broad range of software applications and technology in general
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to stay organized and multi-task
