Like many other businesses, The Henry Levy Group is restructuring its daily operations to allow the firm’s staff to work remotely.
We do this to adhere to the recommendations of public health officials, protect the safety of our staff and community, and to ensure that there are no disruptions in service.
These new procedures mean all communications must be restricted to electronic mediums for the time being. To that end, we’ve adopted a highly secure, digital client collaboration platform called TaxCaddy.
Submit your tax documents, provide signatures, and communicate with our staff through the secure TaxCaddy platform.
Soon you will receive an email inviting you to create your TaxCaddy account. The email will contain instructions with three easy steps to get started.

ABOUT TAXCADDY:
TaxCaddy is available on any device: PC, Mac, tablet, and the TaxCaddy app for iPad, iPhone, and Android.
Here’s what you can expect:
TaxCaddy is provided at no cost to you.
Your TaxCaddy account will reflect your tax return progress with us. You will only need to provide the documents and tax information that are pending.
You will have access to direct contact with your tax professional through TaxCaddy’s messaging features.
You can submit documents by taking pictures with the TaxCaddy mobile app, uploading files, or manually entering information.
For greater convenience, you will also have the option of authorizing TaxCaddy to retrieve documents automatically from your financial institutions which will give us access to them immediately. (See instructions on Smart Links.)
Technical support and troubleshooting are available by email and chat in the TaxCaddy Help Center.
